Choose NAS or UPS, then select your exact product model. The Download Center shows files for that selection only; choose System Firmware for a system update or Product Documentation for manuals and guides. Do not install a file supplied for another NAS or UPS model.
System Firmware is the model-specific UGOS Pro system update for the selected NAS.
Client is desktop management software.
Product Documentation contains manuals and guides, Peripheral Driver relates to supported accessories, and UPS Firmware is for UGREEN NAS UPS devices.
The Apps category contains only packages listed for the selected model; it is not a catalog of every NAS app or a source of packages for another model.
Use online update unless you specifically need a local firmware package. Online update is simpler and safer for most users. If you install firmware manually, select the exact NAS model, back up important data first, and confirm the update direction in the System Update Plan.
Select your NAS model, then download the desktop client from the Client category. Use this if you want to manage your NAS from a Windows PC or Mac. Do not download System Firmware if you only need the desktop client.
No. UGREEN does not currently list a dedicated Linux desktop client in this Download Center. Linux users can still access UGREEN NAS through browser access or standard network file sharing.
No. The Download Center provides model-specific System Firmware files for UGREEN NAS and UPS Firmware for UGREEN NAS UPS devices. It does not list a universal UGOS Pro ISO or a separate BIOS download. Select your exact model and use only the file and version requirement shown for it.
Not as a substitute for App Center. Install supported NAS apps from App Center in UGOS Pro. The Apps category on this page is limited to packages listed for the selected model, so do not use an app package downloaded for another NAS model, while the dedicated App Download page is the correct owner for platform app acquisition.
