UGREEN × MakerWorld Home Agent Design Challenge is Live!

1. Promotion Overview

• The UGREEN × MakerWorld Home Agent Design Challenge (the “Promotion”) is a design challenge hosted by UGREEN (the “Sponsor,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) in collaboration with MakerWorld. Participants are invited to create and submit original accessory designs based on the official UGREEN Home Agent (HA) + IPC base model provided by UGREEN.
• The Promotion includes the Design Challenge, Registration Spin & Win, and Vote & Win, which are separate participation and prize mechanisms.
• The Promotion begins at 04:00 AM UTC on September 11, 2026, and ends at 04:00 AM UTC on October 26, 2026 (the “Promotion Period”). Please note the time difference between UTC and your local time zone. For the specific dates and times of each activity, please refer to the information provided on the Promotion page and in the relevant email notification.

2. Eligibility

• The Promotion is open, in principle, worldwide, to individuals who are at least eighteen (18) years old or who have reached the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence, whichever standard is required by applicable law. Participants must also satisfy any additional eligibility requirements stated on the Promotion page.
• Employees, officers, directors, representatives, and immediate family members of the Sponsor and its affiliates, as well as persons directly involved in the administration of the Promotion, are not eligible to participate in the Promotion.
• Judges and participants are welcome to participate in the Design Challenge and vote for entries. Any attempt to manipulate the voting process, gain an improper advantage, or compromise the fairness of the Promotion is strictly prohibited.
• By entering the Promotion, participants confirm that all information submitted is accurate, complete, and truthful.

3. How to Participate in the Design Challenge

Step 1 — Create Your Design

Create an original accessory model based on the official UGREEN HA + IPC base model provided by UGREEN. The design should demonstrate creativity, originality, and practical value.

Step 2 — Publish Your Design

Publish your completed model on the MakerWorld community platform.

Your post must include the following hashtag:

#UGREENHomeAgent

Your post must also include a link to your MakerWorld model.

Step 3 — Submit Your Entry

Once your model has been published, submit the corresponding MakerWorld model link through the designated Promotion page to complete your Entry.

All Entries that satisfy the applicable requirements will be considered Eligible Entries and will proceed to the judging stage.

4. Design Judging Criteria

Each Eligible Entry will be evaluated based on the following five criteria, for a total possible score of 100 points:

Each Entry’s final score will be calculated based on the above weighting. Eligible Entries will be ranked in descending order according to their final scores, and the applicable Design Challenge Prizes will be awarded based on the final ranking.

6. Vote & Win

After completing the required registration on the Promotion page, Participants may vote for their preferred MakerWorld models.

After the Promotion ends, eligible voting Participants will be entered into a random drawing for the applicable Vote & Win Prize pool.

If the Promotion receives fewer than 300 Valid Votes:

If the Promotion receives 300 or more Valid Votes:

The higher Prize tier will be unlocked, and the following additional Prizes will be added:

Only Valid Votes will count toward the 300-Vote threshold. If a prize is unavailable, it may be substituted with a product, cash, or gift card of equivalent value.

7. Winner Selection and Prize Delivery

• The information collected will be used solely for purposes related to winner verification, prize fulfillment, shipping arrangements, and necessary communications regarding the Promotion. Personal information will be handled in accordance with the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy.
• The Sponsor is not responsible for any failure by a winner to receive notification due to spam filters, incorrect contact information, security settings, or other technical issues beyond the Sponsor’s reasonable control.
• If a selected winner cannot be contacted, is found to be ineligible, fails to respond within seven (7) days after notification, refuses the prize, or fails to provide required information, the Sponsor reserves the right to select an alternative winner or forfeit the prize.
• The prize is determined solely by the Sponsor. No cash alternative or substitution is permitted, except at the Sponsor’s sole discretion.
• Winners are solely responsible for any applicable taxes, duties, customs fees, or other costs associated with accepting or using the prize, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

• Original Works: Except for any UGREEN or third-party intellectual property (IP), trademarks, copyrights, or brand elements that existed before the Promotion ("Pre-existing IP"), the Participant owns the IP rights in the new and original elements of their Entry created specifically for the Promotion, including copyrights and eligible patent application rights.
• Reproduction of Existing Works: If an Entry is a reproduction or recreation of an existing product or work, the IP rights in the existing product or work remain exclusively with UGREEN or the original rights holder.
• Designs Based on an IP or Brand: If an Entry is a new design based on an existing IP, brand, or product (including UGREEN’s base model), the rights to the pre-existing IP or product elements remain with UGREEN or the relevant rights holder. The Participant owns the rights to their own new and original design elements, to the extent permitted by law.
• No Transfer of Pre-existing IP: Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of any pre-existing UGREEN or third-party IP to the Participant. Participants are solely responsible for obtaining all necessary permissions before using any third-party IP or materials in their Entries.
• Third-Party Infringements: Participants must ensure that their Entries do not infringe the intellectual property or other rights of any third party. UGREEN reserves the right to disqualify any Entry that violates these Terms or applicable law.
• Participants must ensure that their Entries do not infringe the intellectual property or other rights of any third party. UGREEN may disqualify any Entry that violates these Terms and Conditions or applicable law.
• Participants grant the Sponsor and MakerWorld a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, and display the Entry for the promotion, marketing, and advertising of the Promotion, the Sponsor, and MakerWorld across all media. For the avoidance of doubt, this license does not include the commercial manufacture, distribution, or sale of the Entry as a standalone product.

9. Governing Law

• These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China, excluding its conflict of laws rules.
• Any dispute arising out of or relating to the Promotion or these Terms and Conditions shall be submitted to the Shenzhen Court of International Arbitration (SCIA) for arbitration in Shenzhen, China, in accordance with its then-current arbitration rules. The arbitral award shall be final and binding upon the parties.
• Notwithstanding the foregoing, nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall deprive participants of any mandatory rights or remedies granted under the applicable laws of their country or region of residence. To the extent required by such mandatory laws, those laws shall prevail, and any dispute shall be resolved before the competent courts or other dispute resolution forum required by applicable law.

10. General Conditions

• This Promotion is a promotional activity and is not a form of gambling, lottery, or betting activity.
• The Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel, suspend, modify, or terminate the Promotion or these Terms at any time if circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to technical failures, fraud, security issues, viruses, or other events affecting the fairness, integrity, or proper operation of the Promotion, occur.
• Any changes will be communicated through appropriate channels where reasonably possible.
• The Sponsor reserves the right of final interpretation of these Terms and Conditions to the extent permitted by applicable law.
• By participating in the Promotion, participants agree to release and hold harmless UGREEN and its affiliates, employees, agents, and partners from any claims, liabilities, losses, damages, or expenses arising from participation in the Promotion, the acceptance or use of any prize, technical failures, errors in the administration of the Promotion, or any circumstances beyond the Sponsor's reasonable control.
• Participants may enter the Promotion by submitting a valid email address. By providing their email address, participants acknowledge that the Sponsor may send them promotional and marketing communications. Participants may opt out of receiving marketing communications at any time, and opting out will not affect their eligibility for the Promotion or any prize already awarded.
