The DXP6800 Pro includes 8GB DDR5 memory and officially supports expansion up to 64GB. Match the exact module part number rather than buying solely by DDR generation, speed or capacity.
An unlisted module is not automatically incompatible, but UGREEN has not verified its stability for this model. Check tested memory modules in the UGREEN NAS compatibility list before purchasing.
The DXP6800 Pro is rated at 43.07W during drive access and 24.91W during drive hibernation (This power consumption data was measured by UGREEN’s lab using a Seagate 2TB hard drive).
Actual consumption depends on the number and type of installed drives, RAID activity, network traffic, processor load, cooling and background services.
The DXP8800 Plus has two 10GbE RJ45 ports and two front Thunderbolt 4 ports rated up to 40Gb/s. Link aggregation can provide up to 20GbE of total network bandwidth when the network supports it, but a single 10GbE client should not assume a 20GbE file transfer. Client hardware, switch, cabling, drive array, RAID level, and file type all affect results. If performance is lower than expected, troubleshoot the transfer bottleneck.
